Terms of Use of the Mobile Application "Evrikum"
Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before using the mobile application "Evrikum" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Aristium LLP.
By accessing and using the Application, you confirm that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "Evrikum" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1.2. The Application is intended for children aged 6-18 years and for their parents/guardians. Use by minors is only possible with the consent of a parent/legal representative.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1. Registration requires a valid email address of the parent/guardian. The child's data (name, age/grade) is entered by the parent.
2.2. The parent/guardian confirms their consent to the processing and storage of personal data when creating a parent profile. We do not request consent directly from children.
2.3. The User is obligated to ensure the security of login credentials and not to transfer access to third parties.
2.4. The Application includes a geolocation feature that allows the parent/guardian to monitor the approximate location of the child’s device. Activation, configuration, and deactivation of the geolocation feature can only be performed by the parent/guardian through the parental account. Children do not have the ability to enable or disable this feature.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. The Application is provided for educational and developmental purposes. Use for commercial, advertising, or other purposes without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
3.2. The Administration reserves the right to restrict access to the service in case of violation of the Terms.
3.3. The Application provides an approximate geolocation tracking feature intended solely for parental control purposes. This feature allows the parent/guardian to view the approximate location of the child’s device in real time. Geolocation data is collected continuously in the background while the feature is activated by the parent/guardian.
4. Data Processing and Analytics Policy
4.1. The Application does not use unique advertising identifiers (Advertising ID / AAID / IDFA) for profiling or personalized advertising in relation to minors.
4.2. Data is stored on the cloud infrastructure of a provider physically located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The retention period for personal and technical data is up to 12 months after the last activity.

4.4. The Application uses Firebase tools to send push notifications to users. Firebase is configured with child-directed treatment enabled (COPPA compliance flag) to ensure no personalized advertising or profiling is performed on minors’ data.
4.5. Data is used exclusively to maintain the service operation and improve UX.
4.6. Geolocation Data Collection. The Application collects approximate (coarse) location data of the child’s device using Wi-Fi and cell tower signals. The Application does not collect precise (GPS-based) location data. Geolocation data is collected continuously in the background while the feature is enabled by the parent/guardian.
4.7. Purpose and Access. Geolocation data is collected and processed exclusively for parental control purposes. Only the parent/guardian linked to the child’s account can access the child’s location data through the Application. Geolocation data is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the parental monitoring feature.
4.8. Storage and Sharing. Geolocation data is stored on the cloud infrastructure described in Section 4.2 and is subject to the same retention period. Geolocation data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics services. Geolocation data is not combined with advertising identifiers or used to build behavioral profiles.
4.9. Parental Consent and Control. Collection of geolocation data requires explicit activation by the parent/guardian within the parental account. The parent/guardian may disable the geolocation feature at any time through the Application settings, which will immediately stop the collection of location data. The parent/guardian may request deletion of previously collected geolocation data by contacting info@evrikum.net.
5. Liability and Limitations
5.1. Aristium LLP is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party services.
5.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
5.3. The geolocation feature provides approximate location data only. Aristium LLP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location information displayed in the Application. The approximate location may not reflect the exact position of the child’s device. The geolocation feature should not be used as a sole means of ensuring a child’s safety.
6. User Rights
6.1. The User and parent have the rights described in the Privacy Policy.
6.2. Rights-related requests should be sent to: info@evrikum.net.
6.3. The parent/guardian has the right to: (a) enable or disable the geolocation feature at any time; (b) request access to all geolocation data collected about the child; (c) request deletion of all geolocation data; (d) withdraw consent for geolocation data collection. Requests should be sent to: info@evrikum.net.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
7.1. Some features of the Application are provided on a paid subscription basis. The available paid features of the application are outlined in the "Subscription" section of the "Learning" module.
7.2. Information about the price, subscription period, and payment terms is indicated in the application interface in the "Subscription" section.
7.3. Before each payment, the User receives a written notification of the funds withdrawal to the email address specified during account registration.
7.4. The Application provides the possibility of using recurring payments, the rules for which are set out in Section 8 of these Terms. Funds withdrawal when connecting recurring payment is carried out on the day of expiration of the previous subscription period.
7.5. All payment and subscription operations can only be performed by a parent or legal representative. Students (children) do not have access to payment functions.
8. Payment, Subscription and Recurring Payment Mechanism
8.1. Subscription period options for using the application are reflected in the "Subscription" section:
- 1 month - 1,900 tenge;
- 3 months - 5,400 tenge;
- 12 months - 13,900 tenge.
8.3. The subscription is automatically renewed for the pre-selected period until the user disables auto-renewal in the "Subscription" section.
8.4. Auto-renewal management is carried out in the "Subscription" section of the parent's account by moving the toggle.
8.5. Refunds for the already paid period are not provided, due to the preliminary provision of a free trial period of 7 calendar days to make a decision about using the "Evrikum" application.
8.6. Payment data is not stored by Aristium LLP. All transactions are processed through a certified provider.
9. Termination of Use
9.1. The User may terminate the use of the service at any time in the "Payments" section by switching the auto-renewal consent toggle, as well as by deleting connected users of the children's account and having the ability to delete their account in the "Profile" section.
9.2. The Developer reserves the right to delete the user’s account in case of violation of the application usage rules specified in the privacy policy, as well as in case of confirmed facts of violation of the legislation of the country where the application is used.
9.3. Upon deletion of a user account, all associated personal data, including geolocation data, will be permanently deleted from the Application’s servers within 30 calendar days.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the website.
10.2. Aristium LLP reserves the right to unilaterally change the subscription price for the application. This rule cannot apply to the already paid period.
