1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Evrikum strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This prohibition covers all users, content, and interactions within the Application.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Creation, distribution, transmission, or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or any predatory behavior toward minors
• Sextortion, trafficking, or any form of coercion involving children
• Content that sexualizes minors or condones behavior that endangers children
Enforcement actions are taken immediately upon identification of a violation:
1. The offending account is suspended within 1 hour of detection.
2. All associated content is preserved as evidence and removed from visibility.
3. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline within 24 hours.
4. A report is filed with the relevant local law enforcement authority.
5. The account is permanently deleted from the service.
Evidence related to confirmed incidents is retained for the period required by applicable law before permanent deletion.
2. Commitment to Child Safety
Evrikum is designed as an educational application for children aged 6–18 and their parents/guardians. Child safety is a foundational principle of the Application.
We comply with:
• Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
• Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Kids Category and Section 5 – Privacy)
• Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Republic of Kazakhstan Law on Personal Data and Their Protection
• International child protection legislation applicable in jurisdictions where the Application is available
Our mission includes maintaining a safe digital environment and preventing all forms of harm to children.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users may report child safety concerns or violations at any time using the following channels:
• In-app: A dedicated “Report” button accessible from the parent account Settings section, allowing parents to flag harmful or suspicious activity directly within the Application.
• Email: info@evrikum.net — monitored by our Trust & Safety team.
Response procedure:
1. All reports are acknowledged within 12 hours of receipt.
2. Reports are reviewed and assessed within 24 hours.
3. If CSAM is confirmed, it is reported to NCMEC via CyberTipline within 24 hours and to local law enforcement.
4. The reporting user is notified of the outcome (where legally permitted).
All reports are treated as confidential. Aristium LLP does not retaliate against users who report concerns in good faith.
4. In-App Safety Measures
Evrikum implements the following technical and procedural safeguards:
• In-app reporting mechanism: A dedicated Report button within the parent account enabling direct submission of child safety concerns without leaving the Application.
• Parental control architecture: All sensitive features (including geolocation, account management, and payment) are accessible only through the parent/guardian account behind a parental gate.
• Geolocation for child safety: The approximate geolocation feature is designed exclusively as a parental safety tool. Location data is accessible only to the linked parent/guardian, collected via Wi-Fi/cell tower signals (not GPS), and is never shared with third parties, advertising networks, or analytics services.
• Content moderation: Educational content is curated and reviewed before publication. The Application does not support user-generated content, messaging, or social features that could facilitate harmful interactions between users.
• Data minimization: The Application collects only the minimum data necessary for its educational and parental control functions, in compliance with COPPA.
• Secure data handling: All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on infrastructure physically located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy and Enforcement
Evrikum maintains a zero tolerance policy. The following actions result in immediate and permanent enforcement:
• Any CSAE content or behavior
• Attempts to contact children for harmful, exploitative, or predatory purposes
• Harassment, manipulation, or grooming involving minors
• Use of the Application to distribute harmful or illegal materials
Enforcement is non-negotiable and non-reversible:
• Account is permanently suspended and deleted.
• Incident is reported to NCMEC and/or local law enforcement.
• All relevant evidence is preserved and provided to authorities as required by law.
6. CSAE Point of Contact
Aristium LLP has designated a CSAE point of contact responsible for:
• Addressing child safety enforcement and content review procedures
• Taking swift corrective action on identified CSAE incidents
• Communication with Google Play, Apple, and law enforcement on child safety matters
